Olive oil is very emblematic of the Mediterranean region and was already at the heart of culinary tradition in ancient times.
Chef and owner of the Michelin-starred restaurant and 5* hotel La Bastide Saint-Antoine, situated in Grasse, in the heart of an olive grove and a Mediterranean botanical park of 8 hectares.
Chef Jacques Chibois's presentation will be followed by a book signing and the opportunity to taste the olive oil from La Bastide Saint-Antoine.

The MACM displays the world's largest private collection of Graeco-Roman weapons and armor: helmets, cuirasses, spears and swords that evoke the greatest wars of antiquity and, of course, the soldiers who wore them.
Historian of military gesture and Anthropologist and author of the book "Hoplite, the first warrior in history", Vincent is also president of the association of archeo-experimentation "SOMATOPHYLAQUES”.
