In collaboration with the 10th edition of Mougins International Gastronomy Festival, a selection of some of the best chocolat and pastry chefs from the region have accepted the challenge to create works of art purely from Valrhona chocolate, inspired by the museum's permanent collection.

The "Art Chefs" participating in this mouth watering exhibition are:

  • Joaquin Soriano - Le Park 45*
